Broiled Lemon-Dill Fish

  • 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT MAYO Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dill weed
  • 48 each cod fillets (4 oz.)

Directions

    Combine mayo, lemon zest, juice and dill.

    Place fish on rack of broiler pan 2 to 4 inches from heat source.

    Brush with half of the mayo mixture.

    Broil 10 to 13 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning fish over after 5 minutes and brushing evenly with the remaining mayo mixture.
