- 1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can boiling water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Directions

1Put dry rice in a casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Saute the margarine and onion in a skillet until mixture is transparent.

2Pour the beef consomme over the dry rice.

3Add boiling water to the empty consomme can and dissolve 2 beef bouillon cubes in it.

4When dissolved, pour over the rice and mix together.

5Bake at 350° or 400° until all liquid is cooked out of rice, about 30 minutes.
