- 70 grams Chocolate
- 30 grams Butter (unsalted)
- 1 Egg (warmed to room temperature)
- 30 grams Brown sugar
- 25 grams. A) Flour
- 6 grams A) Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp A) Baking powder
- 30 grams Walnuts
Directions

1Roast walnuts in a 140C oven for 15 minutes.

2Chop to your desired size.

3Place the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted (about 1 1/2 minutes on 700W).

4Combine the egg and brown sugar.

5Blend well with the mixture from Step 2.

6Fold in the ingredients marked (A) gently.

7Add the walnuts last.

8Pour the batter into a pan and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180C oven.

9Once it's cooled, remove and cut.

10It's done.
