- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 loaf frozen bread
- 1 small pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.

2Tear loaf into pieces (about 15 pieces) and place in Bundt pan.

3Sprinkle dry pudding mix on top of bread.

4Crumble brown sugar on top.

5Cut oleo into pats and place on top.

6Cover with towel and let rise overnight.

7Next morning, remove towel.

8Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
