- 1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except flour in large bowl.

2Stir until yeast is well dissolved.

3Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Stir well and knead.

4Make into rolls.

5Place in greased pan. Brush tops with butter.

6Let rise about 1 hour.

7Bake at 375° for approximately 10 to 20 minutes, or until light brown.
