  • 1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except flour in large bowl.

    Stir until yeast is well dissolved.

    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Stir well and knead.

    Make into rolls.

    Place in greased pan. Brush tops with butter.

    Let rise about 1 hour.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 10 to 20 minutes, or until light brown.
