Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 or 2 heads cabbage
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. bell pepper
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cut up cabbage and boil until tender. Fry ground pork until brown; add seasonings, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cabbage.

    Cook for about 45 minutes.

    Add salt and black pepper to taste.

    Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs to mixture. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes.

    Pour into baking dish and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.

    Bake at 350° until bread crumbs are brown.
