- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
- 2 cans condensed cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 soup can water
- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut up
Directions

1In a kettle, combine carrots, butter and caraway seed; cook until just crisp-tender over low heat, about 5 minutes.

2Add soup, milk, water, cabbage and sausage.

3Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook until cabbage is tender, about 15 minutes.
