- 1 medium head cabbage
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cut cabbage in small wedges and cook in boiling, salted water until tender.

2Drain cabbage and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.

3To prepare white sauce, melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper.

4Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour white sauce over cabbage; bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
