- 1 tube anchovy paste
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. garlic oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- fresh ground black pepper
- croutons
Directions

1Combine egg, lemon juice, anchovy paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic oil in a container with a cover. Shake well.

2Wash romaine; tear in small pieces.

3Pour dressing over romaine and toss.

4Add cheese, croutons and pepper to taste.
