Caesar Salad Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (La Tortilla Factory or any 100 calorie tortilla)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped (I just estimate)
  • 2 tablespoons croutons
  • 1 tablespoon Annie's Goddess Dressing (or any light caesar you like)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese or 1 tablespoon romano cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch parsley (optional)

Directions

    Place your warmed up tortilla on a paper towel (I like to warm mine up in a pan for a minute or two).

    Spread the dressing around the tortilla.

    Put the lettuce in the middle.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle on the croutons & the cheese & the parsley if using.

    Fold in the sides, then fold the top of the tortilla over tucking everything inside.

    Press down firmly to hold together.

    Dig in!
