- 4 slices bacon, fried and cut up
- 1/2 pkg. codfish
- 2 tomatoes, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- dash of black pepper
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 onion, cut up
Directions

1Boil codfish twice.

2Pick apart with hand.

3Put spinach in frying pan with oil, then add bacon, tomatoes and onion.

4Saute. When onion is cooked, add codfish and cook for 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
