Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 pkg. spinach or kale
  • 4 slices bacon, fried and cut up
  • 1/2 pkg. codfish
  • 2 tomatoes, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • dash of black pepper
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 onion, cut up

Directions

    Boil codfish twice.

    Pick apart with hand.

    Put spinach in frying pan with oil, then add bacon, tomatoes and onion.

    Saute. When onion is cooked, add codfish and cook for 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
