  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
  • 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Grease 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.

    Combine sugar, butter and brown sugar in bowl.

    Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

    Add eggs, unsweetened chocolate and vanilla.

    Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

    Add flour; continue beating, scraping bowl often, until mixed.

    Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate pieces and peanuts.

    Spread batter into prepared pan.
