  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry gelatin
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. ground pecans (optional)
  • 3/4 c. condensed milk
  • red decorator's sugar
  • green food coloring
  • blanched almonds, sliced

Directions

    Combine gelatin, pecans and coconut.

    Stir in milk and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Chill for 1 hour.

    Shape into strawberries. Roll in red decorator's sugar.

    Tint almond slices with green food coloring.

    Insert in tops of candy.
