- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Wash tender poke.

2Add to boiling water.

3Boil until wilted. Drain poke.

4Add vinegar, salt and sugar.

5Cook until done or soft. Put in jars and seal.
