- 2 gal. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 pods green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 c. butter beans
- 1 c. green peas
- 1 1/2 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. okra, chopped
- 6 medium onions, diced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 qt. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Continue to cook for 45 minutes.

2Ladle into hot, sterile quart jars.

3Seal and process in a hot water bath for about 15 minutes.
