Ingredients

  • 12 ears corn, cut off
  • 2 gal. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 4 pods green pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 c. butter beans
  • 1 c. green peas
  • 1 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 1 c. okra, chopped
  • 6 medium onions, diced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 qt. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Continue to cook for 45 minutes.

    Ladle into hot, sterile quart jars.

    Seal and process in a hot water bath for about 15 minutes.
