  • 18 chocolate wafer cookies
  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1-1/2 cups 10% cream or milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 env. Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix, prepared, divided
  • 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Directions

    Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 18 paper-lined medium muffin cups.

    Stir coffee granules into hot water in large bowl until dissolved.

    Add cream, dry pudding mix and cinnamon; beat with wire whisk 2 min.

    or until well blended.

    Let stand 5 min.

    Gently stir in 3-1/2 cups of the topping.

    Spoon evenly over cookies in muffin cups.

    Freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.

    Remove desserts from paper cups just before serving; place on individual dessert plates.

    Top evenly with the remaining dessert topping; drizzle with chocolate.
