- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. white or dark syrup (Karo is best)
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Boil 2 minutes.

2Take from heat.

3Add a pinch of soda and cream of tartar. Stir.

4Pour over popped corn.

5Stir well until well coated.

6Put on cookie sheets.

7Put in a 250° oven for 1 hour.

8Stir every 15 minutes.
