- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 c. cubed day-old bread
Directions

1Cover carrots with water and cook until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Beat eggs and onion, celery, butter and salt and dill weed. Stir in carrots.

4Add bread cubes and mix well.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.

6Serves 8 to 10 people.
