  • 1 lb. carrots, cleaned, sliced and lightly cooked
  • 1 small onion, cut up
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice or soup
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions
