  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Slice carrots and cook; do not overcook.

    Drain, then add thin sliced green pepper and onion.

    Mix soup, sugar, oil and vinegar; bring to a boil.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Let stand for 24 hours. Serve cold.
