- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Slice carrots and cook; do not overcook.

2Drain, then add thin sliced green pepper and onion.

3Mix soup, sugar, oil and vinegar; bring to a boil.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Let stand for 24 hours. Serve cold.
