- 6 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 2/3 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets.

2Cool, remove skins and grate.

3Melt butter in double boiler.

4Put in cheese, small amount at a time. Add onions, sour cream and milk.

5Combine with potatoes.

6Put in a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
