- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 or 3 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 oz. caviar, drained (red or black)
- Melba toast rounds
- parsley
Directions

1Soften cream cheese and add mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon.

2Spread in center of plate about 1-inch thick. Sprinkle with chopped eggs, then onion and make an outer circle of parsley with caviar in center.

3Serve with toast rounds.
