- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 6 c. cooked squash, thin sliced
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix salt, egg yolks, sour cream and flour together.

2Then fold in egg whites.

3Layer half the squash, egg mixture and the cheese in a casserole dish; repeat layers and sprinkle bacon and butter on top.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
