  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 or 4 small green onions, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 8 oz. chipped dried beef, chopped fine

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Accent and 1/3 of the dried beef, mixing well.

    Form into a ball.

    Lay rest of beef on wax paper or foil.

    Roll cheese ball in the beef to form outer coating.

    Chill in refrigerator and serve with party crackers.
