- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Grease 9-inch pan.

2Soften cheese at room temperature and beat in large bowl until fluffy.

3Gradually add sugar and eggs; beat well after each one.

4Fold in vanilla and sour cream.

5Bake 35 minutes at 375°.

6Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 1 hour. Chill after cake has cooled.
