  • 2 pkg. carrots
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese (no substitute)
  • buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Scrape 2 packages carrots.

    Slice 1/2-inch thick and cook until tender in salted water.

    Melt butter and cheese.

    Pour over carrots.

    Bake in a casserole dish 30 minutes at 350°, about 10 minutes before taking out of oven.

    Cover with bread crumbs and let brown.
