- 2 pkg. carrots
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese (no substitute)
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Scrape 2 packages carrots.

2Slice 1/2-inch thick and cook until tender in salted water.

3Melt butter and cheese.

4Pour over carrots.

5Bake in a casserole dish 30 minutes at 350°, about 10 minutes before taking out of oven.

6Cover with bread crumbs and let brown.
