- grated Cheddar cheese
- grated Monterey Jack cheese
- chopped onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce (hot or medium)
Directions

1Spray shallow glass dish with Pam.

2Cover dish with enchilada sauce.

3Roll or stack tortillas with grated cheese and onions covered with enchilada sauce.

4Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomato on top.
