- 1 c. grits
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 (6 oz.) roll bacon cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook grits according to package directions.

2Add bacon-cheese to hot cooked grits; blend well.

3Cool.

4Combine beaten eggs with milk.

5Stir into grits.

6Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.

7Bake in a 325° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.

8Garnish with crisp bacon curls if desired.
