Cheese Salmon Bake

- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 lb. processed sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles (2 c.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Start heating oven to 375°.

2Grease 1 quart casserole.

3In saucepan, melt butter and add flour, stirring until blended smooth.

4Slowly add milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook, stirring until smooth and thickened.

5To salmon add uncooked noodles, cheese, salt, pepper and sauce.

6Combine thoroughly. Pour into casserole.

7Bake 30 minutes or until set.

8Makes 4 servings.
