  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
  • 2 c. grated cheese

    Blend in flour and seasoning. Gradually stir in milk and broth.
