- 3 c. graham crackers, crushed
- 12 oz. can Pet milk (cold)
- 1 small box lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Boil the water. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.

2In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

3Add to Jell-O.

4Whip the Pet milk until it makes a peak and mix with the other ingredients.

5Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Press crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan to make a crust.

6Pour other ingredients on top of crust and refrigerate overnight.
