Cheesy Stuffed Tomatoes

  • 4 oz fresh goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Combine goat cheese, garlic and herbs. Season then transfer to a piping bag.
  2. 2
    Cut a small slice off the bottom of each tomato so they lay flat on a serving plate. Cut off top 1/4 of each tomato. Reserve tops. Pipe cheese on top of tomatoes then place tops back on.
