  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 1 each green and red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Mexican Cheese

    Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add peppers, carrots and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min.

    or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

    Stir in beans and corn; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.

    Spoon vegetable mixture down centres of tortillas; top with cheese.
