  • 1 1/2 ounces cachaca
  • 1/2 ounce Cherry Heering or other cherry liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce Islay Scotch
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • Ice

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and shake well.

    Add ice and shake again.

    Strain into a chilled flute.
