- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 21 oz. can cherry fruit filling
- whipped topping (if desired)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Generously grease and flour pan.

3In large bowl, blend first four ingredients until moistened.

4Beat 2 minutes.

5Pour into pan.

6Reserve 1 cup cherry filling for topping.

7Spoon remaining cherry filling over batter; gently swirl through batter to marbleize.

8Cook 35 to 45 minutes at 350°. Cool.

9Spread reserved cherry filling over cake.

10Top with whipped topping.

11Keep in refrigerator.
