  • 1/2 c. cream or Pet milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add beaten eggs.

    Beat until smooth. Add cornmeal to cream.

    Add to first mixture.

    Add flavoring. Stir until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° to 375° until pie is set and crust is brown.
