Chicago Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
- 2 pkg. instant yeast
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1In large mixer bowl, combine 3 cups flour, yeast and salt. Mix well.

2Add warm water and oil to flour mixture.

3Blend at medium speed for approximately 3 minutes.

4By hand, gradually stir in remaining flour to make a firm dough.

5On floured surface, knead dough 3 to 5 minutes.

6Place dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and a towel.

7Let rest 20 minutes.

8On lightly floured surface, roll dough to the size of pizza pan.

9Lightly oil pan and place dough on top of it.

10Cover with towel and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.

11Add your favorite toppings and bake at 425° until bottom of dough is brown (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).
