  • 1 (17 1/2 oz.) pkg. puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 (40 oz.) container garlic and spice Alouette cheese or cream cheese with garlic and spices
  • 6 skinned and boned chicken
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. water

    Unfold pastry sheets into 14 x 12-inch rectangle on floured surface.

    Cut one sheet into 4 (7 x 6-inch) rectangles.

    Cut second sheet into two.
