- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 large fryer, cut into serving pieces
- 2 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Place rice, margarine and onion soup mix into baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice.

2Cover with water.

3Cover with foil.

4Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 375°.

5Remove foil the last 15 minutes of baking to allow chicken to brown.
