- 10 oz. pkg. spinach, thawed and drained
- 4 boneless, skinless breasts, halved
- 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. green onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 4 oz. boiled ham, sliced and diced
Directions

1Bread cutlets in crumbs and cheese.

2Lay in baking dish. (Save leftover crumbs.)

3Melt butter and saute onion until tender. Mix in flour, then pour milk in all at once.

4Cook (stirring) until bubbly.

5Cook 1 minute longer.

6Add drained spinach and ham to sauce.

7Spread on top of cutlets.

8Cover with leftover crumbs and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

9Serves 6 to 8.
