  • 1 lb diced chicken breasts
  • 9 small red potatoes diced
  • 3/4 cup baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400

    Spray baking dish with cooking spray or line with foil

    Add chicken veggies chicken broth and olive oil

    Sprinkle pepper and garlic powder to taste.

    You can also add salt if you want

    Mix and put in oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
