- 6 chicken breast halves
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 slices boiled ham
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs (seasoned)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 large clove garlic
Directions

1Place chicken between 2 pieces of waxed paper and pound until cutlets are 1/4-inch thick.

2Place ham and cheese slices on top of each and roll up each (like jelly roll).

3Dip into eggs and bread crumbs, then brown slowly in butter and garlic (slowly about 25 minutes).

4Remove cutlets and add lemon juice and wine to the pan juice.

5Boil and scoop up all browned bits and pour over cutlets, then bake 10 minutes at 350°.
