  • 1 cup chopped peeled apple
  • 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with their juices
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 4 cups cooked chicken
