- 4 chicken breasts, skinned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- flour
- 1/4 c. sherry or white wine
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- garlic salt
- pepper
Directions

1Coat chicken with flour.

2Saute chicken in skillet sprayed with cooking oil spray until golden brown; remove.

3In same pan, saute mushrooms with garlic salt or 1 clove minced garlic.

4Add wine or sherry.

5Stir in soup and remaining ingredients.

6Return chicken; simmer for about 15 minutes, or until done.

7Serve with rice or noodles.
