Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
- 1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded Cheddar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.

3In a saucepan heat soup, sour cream, onion and chilies for five minutes.

4On tortilla, place some chicken and 2 tablespoons of soup mix.

5Continue for all tortillas.

6Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7May need to layer tortillas.

8If so, put some soup mix over the bottom layer.
-
9Do this to the top layer, also.

10Bake for 30 minutes.

11Makes 6 servings.
