- 1 1/2 lb. corn meal
- 2 sticks margarine (1/2 lb.)
- salt
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Pour boiling water over the corn meal and margarine and mix well.

2Mixture should be consistency of thick soup.

3Cover and let stand overnight.

4The next day, add flour and salt to taste and mix well.

5Form into small balls and roll out on floured pastry cloth, using cut lefse rolling pin.

6Fry on hot lefse grill and turn once.

7Makes 37 pieces.
