  • 2 1/4 lb. chicken parts, skinned
  • 1 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cored and cut into 8 pieces
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
