- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. Marsala or dry sherry, divided
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Pound breasts slightly and dredge in flour mixed with seasonings.

2Melt margarine in skillet; brown chicken on both sides.

3Add 1 cup wine, cover and simmer 1/2 hour or until tender.
