- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Bring water and butter to boil.

2Add flour and salt all at once.

3Beat until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan clean.

4Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time.

5Drop from small spoon onto greased baking sheet.

6Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.

7Finished puffs should be the size of large walnuts. Split in half and fill with chicken salad.
