- 1 pound Store Bought Pizza Dough Brought To Room Temperature, Or Of Course Make Your Own
- 1 jar (8 Oz. Size) Chunky Medium Salsa, You Can Also Use Mild Or Hot
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Picked Clean, Meat Shredded
- 1 bag (16 Oz. Size) Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 container (8 Oz. Size) Sour Cream
- Fresh Cilantro For Garnish

1Place a pizza stone on the lowest rack in oven.

2Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

3Roll out prepared pizza dough and place on parchment paper cut to size of pizza stone on pizza paddle (or on a pizza pan if you arent baking it on a pizza stone).

4Top pizza dough with the salsa, spreading liberally to outer edges of dough.

5Layer on chicken, then cheese, and gently slide pizza and parchment paper onto stone.

6Bake for 8-10 minutes until nicely browned.

7Dollop sour cream here and there, sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
