Chicken Quesadilla Pizza

  • 1 pound Store Bought Pizza Dough Brought To Room Temperature, Or Of Course Make Your Own
  • 1 jar (8 Oz. Size) Chunky Medium Salsa, You Can Also Use Mild Or Hot
  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Picked Clean, Meat Shredded
  • 1 bag (16 Oz. Size) Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1 container (8 Oz. Size) Sour Cream
  • Fresh Cilantro For Garnish

Directions

    Place a pizza stone on the lowest rack in oven.

    Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

    Roll out prepared pizza dough and place on parchment paper cut to size of pizza stone on pizza paddle (or on a pizza pan if you arent baking it on a pizza stone).

    Top pizza dough with the salsa, spreading liberally to outer edges of dough.

    Layer on chicken, then cheese, and gently slide pizza and parchment paper onto stone.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes until nicely browned.

    Dollop sour cream here and there, sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
